Any withdrawal of consent does not compromise the lawfulness of the processing carried out as long as the consent was validly given.
In the event of extraordinary corporate transactions such as, for example, mergers, disposals or disposals of business branches, OOF and Sustainable may communicate your personal data to the new legal entity that acquires them as part of the transaction itself. The use of the services of the Data Processors may involve the transfer of your personal data outside the European Economic Area (EEA). In such a case, we assure you that all your Data accessible outside the EEA will be treated with appropriate safeguards, providing adequate safeguards for such transfers in accordance with the provisions of the legislation on the protection of personal data, and making such transfers only in the presence of an Adequacy Decision of the European Commission or in force of the Standard Contractual Clauses.
